SHIPPING
[ When you order products from The Carpet Underlay Company, we make a one off delivery charge of £8.50, regardless of what you order! This means you could order order 10 rolls of underlay and only be charged a total delivery of £8.50!
This low delivery charge is only available for locations within mainland United Kingdom. For Ireland, Northern Ireland and any islands, please contact us for delivery costs.
PLEASE DO NOT place an order online if you are resident in any other parts of the world, or outside Mainland UK .
Some products are also available for delivery to France, Germany, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg. Please contact us for deliery costs to these countries. ]
RETURNS
[ Whole quantity goods may be returned for credit within 7 days if in original, uncut and unused condition. Whole quantity goods are those which are in makers original wrappers or cartons and which have not been cut or split down prior to dispatch in accordance with purchasers order or instructions. No credit will be considered in respect of carriage charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the goods are returned to us and in a saleable condition, commensurate with the condition in which the goods were originally dispatched. No credit will be considered in respect of goods which have been cut or manufactured in accordance with a purchasers order or instructions nor for special order goods procured by the seller to fulfil a purchasers requirements.
The above does not apply to goods proven to be faulty, whereby purchasers legal rights apply. Damage in transit claims will not be considered when goods have been signed for as in good condition E&OE . |
