We check our delivered prices against our competitors to ensure we offer you the lowest possible prices.

It seems that some of our online competitors use 'smoke and mirrors' to make their prices look cheaper, but are they really ?? Read on..............

We make a single delivery charge regardless of how many items you order, whereas our competitors charge you on a sliding scale where the more you order, the more you pay for delivery, which we think is a little unfair on you!

A typical example is a conversation with a customer that took place on 10th April 2017. The customer wanted to buy 7 rolls of Cloud 9 Cumulus and we quoted a price of £349.50 with next working day delivery. "I can get it cheaper" responded the customer, who then directed us to a competitor website where he believed the price to be £327.18 with free delivery. What the buyer did not realise was that their delivery charge would only display after going to checkout and entering all details, after which the delivered price became £369.17 meaning we were actually £19.67 cheaper overall. That is a true example of a conversation that we have on an almost daily basis.
